Wireless Network Turnkey Process

    Phase 1: Quick Look

      • Determine user's requirements, desired bandwidth, end points (point to point or point to multipoint) that need connected and what structures may be available for antenna locations.
      • Review topographic data for user's region and run quick terrain plots to see if the path is acceptable between end points.
      • Prepare a preliminary network design and submit a budgetary quotation for user analysis.
      • If you would like us to do a quick look at your sites for a wireless network solution click here

Phase 2: Engineering / Feasibility Study

Perform on-site inspections of each location in the proposed network
      • Determine routing for antenna and network cables at each location.
      • Find a suitable antenna mounting location.
      • Perform microwave path studies between end points
      • Run budget analysis to ensure proper antenna selection and fade margins.
      • Search area for man made or natural obstacles that may block RF signals.
      • Physicaly drive each path to ensure no surprise obstacles in proposed paths.
      • Perform RF spectrum search with spectrum analyzer to avoid interference issues.
      • If waypoints or hops are required between endpoints, locate possible sites.
      • Prepare Engineering Report.
      • Prepare firm Wireless Network Quotation

Note: if third party structures or locations are required to make the network connections, several options will be presented. During Phase 2, we do not make contact with any third parties regarding the possibility of leasing antenna space without your express permission. It is usually best to keep this Phase as confidential as possible.

Phase 3: Site Acquisition

If third party antenna locations are necessary, we will in your best interest negotiate and secure these locations. We can also execute the leases if you wish.

Phase 4: Wireless Network Installation

Phase 5: Proof of Performance and Customer Acceptance
